July 4th Fundraiser

Join The Jazz Station July 4th Butte to Butte (B2B) Fundraiser.
Come have fun, get exercise, build awareness and raise money for The Jazz Station. It's easy! Each race participant is asked to raise a minimum of $100 through their network of friends and family.

Here's How:

1. CLICK HERE to register for the race

• Registration is $35 (plus fees) per individual on the B2B registration site

• For Question #8, select 'The Jazz Station' as your team

• For Question #11

  • ​5k and 10k Teams: list Eli Hansen as team captain​

  • ​4 Mile Mayor's Fitness Walk Team: list Bryce Barker as team captain

 

2. Email your photo (or image), T-shirt size and team designation by June 1 to: b2bteam<at>thejazzstation<dot>org. (the T-shirt is on us unless you already have one!)

3. Get Sponsorships. 

• Reach out to friends and family to sponsor your participation in the race. And remember, every dollar you earn is doubled up to $15K!

• Get a head start on recruiting your sponsors at our Courage Party on Tuesday, June 2 from 5:30 - 7:00 PM at the Jazz Station.

• Shannon Rose-Peterson will send you some useful tools to help: Sample letter, link and B2B image.

4. After-Race Brunch Party.

• All race participants are invited to enjoy a hearty potluck brunch at Eve and Steve's home after the race. More details to follow.
